Incomplete applications list of IIT Guwahati

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES OF GUWAHATI ZONE

Following candidates are required to send the missing documents as mentioned to gate@iitg.ernet.in by email immediately. If the documents are not received by Dec. 25, 2009, the applications shall not be processed further. As we receive the documents, the remarks will be updated and no further acknowledgements will be given. Also no futher email enquiry shall be entertained. MAILS FROM CANDIDATES WHOSE NAME ARE NOT IN THIS LIST WILL BE IGNORED BY GATE OFFICE AT IIT GUWAHATI.

Instructions to prepare the photographs

• Your photograph must be in 3:4 ratios (3cm X 4cm).
• Must have a size 270x360 pixel.
• Must be in JPEG format. (Less than 100 KB file size).
• Send this file through email to gate@iitg.ernet.in.

Instructions to prepare the Signature image

• On a piece of white paper make a rectangular box of size 5cm X 1.2cm.
• Put your signature in black ink within this box.
• Scan the image at 200dpi (440x100 pixels) resolution.
• Crop the image to remove white space outside the box.
• Save the image in JPG format.
• Send this file through email to gate@iitg.ernet.in.

Instructions to send the category certificate

• Scan the category certificate at 100DPI and save it in PDF or JPEG format. Send this file through email to gate@iitg.ernet.in.
